As a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, I am always on the move. Soccer, swimming, running, yoga, recreational touch football: you name it--I’ve tried it. Am I the best? No. Do I win? No. Do I look ridiculous sometimes? Absolutely! But none of that matters because I’m so happy to be running, jumping, kicking, and stretching. I believe that simply moving your body in a consistent practice will provide life-changing benefits for everyone. I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher trained in Baptiste Power Yoga. Every day I learn more about the beautiful synergy of yoga and strength training. I enjoy helping clients begin exactly where they are in the present moment and journey forward to reach their goals, focusing on strengthening and lengthening their bodies along the way.
