Fitness and health have always been my passion. Whether I was in the gym or on the field, I always enjoyed being active. I have been a multi-sport athlete my entire life. When I graduated from college, I didn't have a strength coach to tell me what to do during the off-season, so I began shadowing our strength coaches and creating my own workouts. I have always worked in some type of fitness facility and have learned so many ways to train everyone for their personal goals, ranging from a 7-year-old youth athlete to 90-year-old trying to stay standing! I am certified in the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and also have my TRX certification. I have been training for about four years now and love making an impact on each person's life. Health and Fitness is about balance: create it and make it your lifestyle!
