DREW MELVIN
After years of experience training in therapy clinics, I enjoy integrating corrective exercise strategies into full body workouts so that my clients can perform and feel their best outside of the gym. Whether I am working with a recreational athlete looking to increase performance, or a client with chronic pain due to muscular imbalances, my goal is to design workouts that improve overall fitness and correct faulty movement patterns. My programs start with a movement assessment and include sustainable nutritional advice so that all of my clients gain the necessary education to perform basic maintenance on their own bodies.
I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer and also a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Outside of the gym I enjoy running, hiking, reading, spending time with my wife and daughter, and visiting parks around the city with our two dogs.
