Chelsea Lay

I am in love with all things health and wellness, and I am so excited to share that passion with new people!  I am an ACSM-certified personal trainer and a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I believe that everyone has an opportunity to gain energy, self-confidence, and happiness by giving loving attention to their eating and exercise habits.  Growing up, I was always active and played sports, but it was through hiring a personal trainer (thanks, Josh!) for myself that I learned how proper form and a focused fitness plan can do wonders for changing the body.  It is such a rewarding feeling to be challenged and overcome workouts that you never thought you could accomplish, and I cannot wait to be there to help others feel that same level of satisfaction!
