Fitness has become a large part of my life. After taking a few years off from playing varsity sports in high school I started to become dissatisfied with the direction of my life. I needed to focus on something consistent that was positive. I started lifting weights again and this time, it really stuck with me. I have been lifting weights and working out for more than eight years, which has lead to branch out to so many different types of workouts. I am excited to have the opportunity to finally be able to share the fun and excitement that I get from working out with my future clients. I also enjoy making a killer playlist to get amped up.
