As a certified personal training and a multi-sport strength and conditioning coach, I am excited to blend my sports performance training with the functional approach to everyday fitness at Cincy 360 Fitness. I grew my expertise in general fitness, weight loss, bodybuilding and powerlifting--as well as sports performance and functional fitness--during my time working as a personal trainer at Wright State University. I also have Division One Strength & Conditioning coaching experience in many sports, including basketball, baseball, softball and tennis. I like to focus on a multi-dimensional approach to fitness utilizing functional movements, strength movements, and incorporating mobility. My own passion for the fitness industry grew during my time studying Sports Science at Wright State University, and I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Physical Best Health Fitness specialist.
